Pro Tip

As the tee for this hole is near to the Club House, it presents a very good alternative starting point when necessary. It is slightly elevated and recessed close to a small coppice and calls for a long carry of approximately 200 yards to clear a gully. Club selection for the second shot is made more difficult by the fact that the green has no background, and is guarded by bunkers on the right.

“An inviting short par 4, but beware the practice putting green (especially from the white tee) and the OOB beyond, stay left off the tee and take care on the green, which has some subtle borrows.”
