The fifth having been extended a few years ago, is now a challenging par 5. The small oak on the left of the fairway is a favourite line for the tee shot. Steeply sloping terrain to the right of the fairway has ruined many a card - beware the sliced second shot!
“A tough par 5 and trying to straighten out the double dog-leg is risky. The fairway gets tighter as you get longer and the green is only reachable in two by the biggest hitters if the wind is behind. Deep trouble on the right. Bogey is not a bad score here."
